Cancellation/ Exchange/ Return/ Refund Policy

We at Satayam work diligently to provide the best quality products......
Therefore, we generally do not consider any money refund request on the ordered products. Please check below for detailed policy on return/refund/exchange/cancellation of the order.

CANCELLATION

The customer may cancel the order before the dispatch of the products. On cancellation of the order, the customer will be refunded in the form of a discount card whose value will be the same as the order value.

EXCHANGE

We will try our best to provide the customers with the best quality and correct specification for your ordered products. In case the customer decides to change his/her mind for the reasons personal to him/her, it will be under the discretion of the store to consider it for an exchange. Usually, any type of size issue, damaged fabric ( sent from our side ) or wrong items being sent - the store will consider the exchange.

The product will be considered for an exchange if it satisfies the below criteria:
- the product should be in the same state in which it was delivered to the customer.
- the labels on the product shall be intact with no manhandling of the same.
- the one side shipping cost from the customer to the store will be handled by the customer. Store will handle the re-shipping cost for the replaced product.
- The product which will be sent as a replacement shall be present in our inventory or should be accepted by the store for fulfilment as a replacement.
- The cost of the replacement product shall be same or higher than the value of the exchanged product.

RETURN

The store shall not entertain any returns from the customer. It will be under the descretion of the store to consider it for an exchange with a product of same or higher value.

REFUND

Store will not consider any monetary refund for the items. It will be under the discretion of the store to consider your request for a refund and the form or method of refunding to the customer.
In case any refund is under consideration it will be done in the form of a discount card of the decided value for the refund. This card can be redeemed in the store for a period of 6 months.
